30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items, such as gift cards, are non-returnable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Situations Eligible for Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Items returned in a condition different from their original state, damaged, or missing parts due to causes not attributed to us.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves before gifting it to you, we will refund the gift giver, who will be informed about the return.
